Very friendly service and delicious, freshly-prepared food. The atmosphere was great and I'd recommend this place to anyone searching for a special dinner. We had the spicy prawns and burrata to start, followed by the squash lasagne and salami pizza on sourdough. Then the tiramisu and panacotta. Everything was perfect and the welcome was really friendly.
Very impromptu quick meal here as I work nearby. They managed to squeeze me in on a busy Friday night. The calamari and house lasagna were both very fresh and delicious. You could tell it was cooked with love and care. A better experience here than some ‘top’ expensive Italian restaurants in central London! Would recommend and return
Surprising to find this restaurant here. I went there for Valentine's day (as a last minute booking) and it was great. Very good atmosphere, not that many tables and a real fireplace! And the food is really good. Just the service is a bit slow but the owner (I assume it was the owner) is very nice and knows his things. I highly recommend.
Amazing Italian Dining Experience at Caminetto! Had a fantastic dinner at Caminetto with my mother, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We started with calamari (one plate each) and shared a delicious Diavola pizza. My mother also had the spicy prawns, which were full of flavor. For our first course, I had the Pappardelle with Funghi and Tartufo, while my mother enjoyed the Seafood Spaghetti – both dishes were made with fresh pasta and tasted incredible. I paired mine with a glass of wine, and she had sparkling water. In the second round, I had the Lamb with mixed vegetables, which was hands down the best dish of the night—perfectly cooked and seasoned. The restaurant is small but cozy, and if you go early, it’s quiet, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Plus, its location in central London is super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Italian food! Will definitely be back.
Delicious and authentic carbonara with guanciale. Parmigiana which we had as a starter was also great and freshly made. The service was very good and we will definitely be coming back!

EXCELLENT Italian. Salvatore was so attentive and charming!!! The pappardelle de Fungi, seafood stew and sea bass were SUPURB! Everything was delicious!! We will definitely be back when we are in London!!
The atmosphere is warm and nice, it’s a cosy place to take a dinner. It takes a while, more than we expected but it is worth it because the food is delicious. Authentic Italian food, the waiter was so friendly. Highly recommended. Always book in advance
